Machined Chair

This was a small project that honed my skills in the machine shop. The project consisted of manufacturing a chair seat, chair leg, and chair back. The components were combined with three other chair legs to create an entire machined chair.
The chair back was CNC milled using SolidWorks CAM to create the g-code file. The chair seat was hand machined on the mill and the chair leg was hand machined on the lathe. All hand machined parts were within a 0.010" tolerance.
